…the world could really be like this all over…all the time!
I was wondering what I could write about to bring my number of posts here on WordPress up to 45. I thought about sex (always a good subject matter!), love, food and wine…then someone sent me this photo knowing that as a UNICEF breast feeding advisor I would find it interesting.
My breath was taken away by this photo, the beauty, the serenity, the the…words fail me! In an ideal world this sight would be commonplace, there would be no stigma, no disapproving looks or tutting remarks from ignorant people.
I will simply leave you with what is possibly one of the most striking images I have ever come across.

I don’t know what is there not to like! It’s life. It’s love. It’s even a body part used for what it’s meant to do. Shocking would be to find out it houses a double cheeseburger instead of milk.
Er, cross that image, that would be gross, not shocking. 😉
No no no…..don’t mention double cheeseburger. I’m on weightwatchers at the moment. I could kill for one of those!
Seriously though, like you I fail to see what could possibly be offensive about a scene like the one in the photo. Yet there are some narrow minded people out there who would go out of their way to be offended and make a fuss about it. To me it is the most beautiful and natural act any woman could possibly do.
